Voting was all about the rollout

MARK Drakeford, Nicola Sturgeon and Boris Johnson have all enjoyed their moment of glory at the polls but they should all be very wary of gloating that their victories were based on policies.

There is no doubt in my mind that the vote winner was the success of the vaccination rollout in each country that has brought relief and hope that our lives are on the verge of returning to some kind of normality.

The vote was a thankyou for the start of easing us out of the nightmare of the past 15 months but that thanks will not last long-term. John Edwards Porthcawl
