RANGERSONEBYONE

Two-goal Lee is the main man

-

ALEXANDER (6) Would have been relieved when Weatherston’s early effort come crashing back off a post. ARGYRIOU (6) Looked more comfortable switched to rightback. Has chance to hold down regular spot as Kirk Broadfoot’s replacement. BOCANEGRA (6) Looks set to captain Rangers until January at least. Partnership with Cribari needs time to develop. CRIBARI (5) Improved showing from Sunday. Gave the Ibrox crowd the odd anxious moment, but steady enough. WALLACE (6) Back in the team after a spell on the sidelines and looked solid. Always keen to charge forward from left-back. McCULLOCH (8) Thrived in the physical battle at head of the Rangers attack. First goal a powerful header before he clinched the win with a well-taken second. FAURE (6) Almost capped his Ibrox bow with a stunning strike. Was foiled by Michael McGovern, but impressed in a holding midfield role. BLACK (6) Partnered new boy Faure to give an extra layer of protection to the back four. Another good showing. LITTLE (7) Played wide on the right of an attacking three behind McCulloch and again impressed. Added another goal to his tally. SHIELS (8) His creative play has been missed during an injury absence. Proved a threat throughout as he turned in a very good performance. MacLEOD (6) Given the chance to atone for his poor weekend showing. Turned in a tidy performance. McKAY (4) Replaced Shiels in 62nd minute and again looked lively. CRAWFORD (3) for Faure 76. Given more game time as he bids to catch the eye. KYLE (3) for McLeod 76. Still waiting for his first Rangers goal, but got more minutes under his belt.
