Equal pay pension bungle as women asked to pay back overpaymen­ts

If someone is overpaid then it’s due back as it was not their’s in the first place, also they should have contacted the pension department to advise of the overpaymen­t. If the amount is due and it is a debt after a period of six years the amount due may not need to be paid back as long as a person does not admit to owing this amount. Seek legal advice.

No one should be allowed into Scotland unless they are held in secure quarantine. None of this “home quarantini­ng” malarkey.
