Bus gate system in city centre is a scam

- Corstorphine

IT’S an absolute scam, deliberately stealing money from motorists ( More bus gates part of plan to improve Glasgow public transport, Monday).

City centre is a nightmare but it seems the people who can afford to go about their business in taxis have a racetrack all to themselves! Bobby Mccann

CAN you imagine if everyone just got rid of their cars?

How would Glasgow City Council rip off folk then?

How would they replace that lost revenue?

They should be careful what they wish for.

WONDERFULLY done to remind us of all who sacrificed their lives for our freedom, peace and safety, never to be forgotten ( Merrylee community praises mysterious Glasgow knitter, Saturday).

From a local lass who grew up and lived in Merrylee for many years, well done to the knitter and thank you.

Christine Wright

JUST so well done.

It’s a time to remember and this is one way of remembering all those who lost their lives in the war, to keep us safe for the future. Gloria Anderson

WELL done to the community of Merrylee.

Well done also to the resident responsible for such a wonderful tribute to our fallen.

Lest We Forget.

We Will Remember Them. John Tierney

I’M not someone who wears a poppy but I must say that is a fantastic piece of art.

Some real skill shown there.

FOUR points out of the last three games is not good enough even with the injuries ( Injury list is no excuse for St Mirren slip- up for underpressure Rangers manager, Monday).

On paper the Hearts game looked the difficult game which we won, we should be beating both St Mirren and St Johnstone even with a weakened team. Gio comes across as a good guy, he has accepted responsibility for the failings of the team in the last three games, the problem is that some of the players are not performing for him.

It doesn’t look like he is going to walk away, the board need to make a decision during the break if he stays or goes.
