Will they give up if they lose the ‘ next’ indy referendum?
ISEE the Supreme Court is set to announce its ruling next Wednesday on whether the SNP can hold a referendum legally. You know in my opinion this action is a total waste of money and time, because if the decision goes against the SNP, they will ignore it and go ahead with a referendum or something similar anyway. Because do you remember the 2014 referendum, they ignored that because it did not go their way, and even if they do get a referendum and it does not go their way they come up with another excuse, just like they have done with the ferries, the hospital in Edinburgh and other things – a big boy did it and ran away! THE Tory government has just rejected a proposal to make rented homes fit for human habitation after a young boy had been found to died due to the appalling conditions his family had to live in.
I remember being involved in anti- dampness campaigns in the north of Glasgow in the 70s. People in some working- class areas were living in the same appalling conditions. Here we are in the 21st century and the Tories just don’t have a conscience about folk living in these conditions. For them it’s all about what they and their cronies can grab from the pot.
We are now expected to pay for a £ 50 billion black hole that was caused by Liz Truss and her chancellor in just a few weeks.
With just a few strokes of the pen this could be resolved by a proper windfall tax on energy companies and an increase in the tax that all Tory billionaires would never miss from their bank accounts.

They have made a mockery of everything they’ve touched, sitting in a quasi- Parliament and lording it over us, and the taxpayer has footed the bill for the incompetence.
