There will be a Remembranc­e Service at St Christophe­r’s Church, Lincoln Avenue, on November 11 at 10am

The next parish council meeting will take place today November 1, at the Brizen Young Peoples Centre off up Hatherley Way at 7.15pm. All parishione­rs are welcome to raise any local concerns at the meeting.

St Christophe­r’s Playgroup is hosting Christmas Bazaar Saturday, November 10 10am-noon.

At St Christophe­r’s Hall, Lincoln Avenue, Warden Hill. Admission 50p, children free. Visit Santa £2 with a gift.

Zumba Teens for ages 11-16, on Thursdays from 5-5.45pm at St Margaret’s Hall, Coniston Road. £5 per session.

The Hatherley Health Walks meet at 10.15am for a 10.30am start every Wednesday in front of the Hillview Centre/hatherley Library, all welcome.

The Brizen Centre off Up Hatherley Way is available to hire for children’s birthday parties, dance practice, fitness classes and more. Only £14 per hour, including use of kitchen.

The Wednesday Social Group continues to be very popular and new members are most welcome.

Do come along on the second and fourth Wednesday afternoons at 2pm in the URC Centre Salisbury Avenue.

The dates for the next Warden Hill police drop-in sessions are November 15, December 5 and January 14.

All sessions run from 2pm to 3pm at Sadars Cafe in Salibury Avenue and will be manned by our area’s two PCSOS.

Cheltenham Big Band Society meet monthly at the village hall in Up Hatherley.

Take this opportunit­y to listen to some of the best of the big bands on the last Friday every month at 2.30pm, £2 entry including refreshmen­ts.

Warden Hill Christmas Fair runs from 10am-noon at St Christophe­r’s Lincoln Avenue.
