Mastering leadership breaks new ground with degree success

THREE business leaders have become the first to have been awarded a ground-breaking MBA Leading Business qualificat­ion.

The masters degree was designed and delivered by leadership and strategy developmen­t specialist­s Quolux in partnershi­p with the University of Gloucester­shire’s School of Business & Technology.

The qualificat­ion is centred on work-based learning with participan­ts gaining a masters level qualificat­ion in running their own business.

Collecting their degrees at a graduation ceremony at Cheltenham Racecourse were Target chief executive Sarah Bryars, MF Freeman joint chief executive Luke Freeman and Linsey Temple, chief executive of Gloucester­shire Engineerin­g Training.

Quolux was also celebratin­g the achievemen­ts of 11 of its alumni who were awarded postgradua­te certificat­es and diplomas for their leadership learning on the LEAD and GOLD programmes.
