Mas­ter­ing lead­er­ship breaks new ground with de­gree suc­cess

THREE busi­ness lead­ers have be­come the first to have been awarded a ground-break­ing MBA Lead­ing Busi­ness qual­i­fi­ca­tion.

The masters de­gree was de­signed and de­liv­ered by lead­er­ship and strat­egy devel­op­ment spe­cial­ists Quolux in part­ner­ship with the Univer­sity of Glouces­ter­shire’s School of Busi­ness & Tech­nol­ogy.

The qual­i­fi­ca­tion is cen­tred on work-based learn­ing with par­tic­i­pants gain­ing a masters level qual­i­fi­ca­tion in run­ning their own busi­ness.

Col­lect­ing their de­grees at a grad­u­a­tion cer­e­mony at Chel­tenham Race­course were Tar­get chief ex­ec­u­tive Sarah Br­yars, MF Free­man joint chief ex­ec­u­tive Luke Free­man and Lin­sey Tem­ple, chief ex­ec­u­tive of Glouces­ter­shire En­gi­neer­ing Train­ing.

Quolux was also cel­e­brat­ing the achieve­ments of 11 of its alumni who were awarded post­grad­u­ate cer­tifi­cates and diplo­mas for their lead­er­ship learn­ing on the LEAD and GOLD pro­grammes.
