Mastering leadership breaks new ground with degree success
THREE business leaders have become the first to have been awarded a ground-breaking MBA Leading Business qualification.
The masters degree was designed and delivered by leadership and strategy development specialists Quolux in partnership with the University of Gloucestershire’s School of Business & Technology.
The qualification is centred on work-based learning with participants gaining a masters level qualification in running their own business.
Collecting their degrees at a graduation ceremony at Cheltenham Racecourse were Target chief executive Sarah Bryars, MF Freeman joint chief executive Luke Freeman and Linsey Temple, chief executive of Gloucestershire Engineering Training.
Quolux was also celebrating the achievements of 11 of its alumni who were awarded postgraduate certificates and diplomas for their leadership learning on the LEAD and GOLD programmes.
