» On Saturday there will be a coffee morning in the Guide Hall from 9.30amnoon in aid of St Nicholas’ Parish Funds.

There will be a raffle, tombola, gifts, Fairtrade products, homemade cakes and refreshments.

» The next Dance with Parkinson’s event will take place on Monday, December 10, at Abbey Fields Community Centre.

The cost is £5 per session for those with Parkinson’s and is free to family, friends and carers.

» At Winchcombe Town Council’s December meeting, items discussed were recommendations from the parking review working party, a recommendation from the finance committee regarding a request for funding towards the refurbishment of the town hall, consideration of the renewal of GRCC membership and the usual update on the progress of the Winchcombe Park with relevant proposals made.
