Charlton Kings Men’s Probus Club meets at 9.30am today at Sacred Hearts Church Rooms when Lewis Lawton will give an insight into the history of the Incas and their demise.
Next week Howard Beard will entertain members with a nslideshow illustrating the lives of people who lived in the Stroud Valleys in victorian times.

Charlton Kings Film Society is showing The Constant Gardener starring Ralph Fiennes at 7.45pm tomorrow at Sacred Hearts Church rooms. Doors and bar open from 7pm. Tickets cost £5.
The Leckhampton Players are performing Jack and The Beanstalk at the Village Hall from Saturday until February 2 with four matinees and five evening performances.

Cheltenham Philharmonic Orchestra perform a Winter Concert of music by Grieg and Brahms at 3pm on Sunday, January 27.
The full parish council meets at the Stanton Room next to the library at 7pm on Monday. All members of the public are welcome to attend.
