- ADVERTISING FEATURE

LEADING health and lifestyle furniture company Middletons opens this weekend in Cheltenham.

The new Middletons showroom opens on Saturday, February 2 and you can join in the celebrations from 10.30am at 64 Winchcombe Street.

Middletons offers a diverse range of lifestyle products including Britishmade rise and recline chairs, adjustable beds and a large selection of advanced mobility scooters.

Cheltenham is Middletons’ third outlet in the Midlands, following on from the success of their showrooms in Shrewsbury and Coventry.

Company directors Ricky Towler and Tom Powell said: “We founded Middletons to make people’s lives easier.

“Our products give our customers a way to rediscover their independence and live life without limits.”

Cheltenham’s population is predicted to increase by around 10 per cent over the next 20 years.

The majority of that growth will be in the over-60s age range.

Middletons aims to promote community participation and help people live a more active life.

To this end, they work with an independent occupational therapist and for customers unable to get to a store, they offer a free bus service and home visits.

Councillor Bernard Fisher, the Mayor of Cheltenham, will be cutting the ribbon and officially opening the showroom on Saturday.

Free refreshments and cake will be available all day and there is the chance to win a fireside chair in a competition.

For the opening week only, Middletons are offering £100 off any of their rise and recline chairs, adjustable beds, and scooters.
