Cheltenham Big Band Society meets on the last Friday of every month at the Village Hall, Up Hatherley, at 2pm. The cost is £2 including refreshmen­ts

All are welcome at the weekly Sunday Service at St Christophe­r’s Church, Lincoln Avenue, 10.30am. Refreshmen­ts after the service to chat and make friends.

The community film (cert 15) on February 23 will take place at the URC Centre on Salisbury Avenue at 2.30pm, free entry and refreshmen­ts.

The Mothers’ Union annual coffee morning is at St Christophe­r’s Church Hall on March 23 from 10am-noon.

St Christophe­r’s Ladies Group meets on Wednesday, February 13 at 7.30pm for a talk by Heather Ellery entitled Prison Education.

New members are most welcome at St Christophe­r’s small church hall, Lincoln Avenue.

Songs of the Heart Valentine Concert for Cancer Heroes in aid of Sue Ryder takes place on Saturday, February 16 at 7pm at Christ Church, Cheltenham.

There will be an ale tasting evening with Gloucester Brewery on February 15 at the Bacon Theatre from 7.30pm, priced £10 for a 60-minute workshop.

The Bacon Theatre hosts A Celebratio­n of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons with Bye Bye Baby on Friday, February 22, 7.30pm.

The next Leckhampto­n with Warden Hill Parish Council meeting is at The Brizen Young People’s Centre today at 7.15pm. All parishione­rs are welcome to speak to members on any concerns they may have. The Break charity shop in Salisbury Avenue will open on Sundays from 10am-4pm.

The Hatherley Health Walks meet at 10.15am for a 10.30am start every Wednesday in front of the Hillviewce­ntre/hatherley Library, all welcome.

The Wednesday Social Group continues to bepopular and new members are most welcome.
