Witness appeal after teenager attacks man
» A MAN was set upon as he walked through a pedestrian tunnel near the Waitrose supermarket in Cheltenham.
The victim, in his 20s, was approached by a teenage boy on the Honeybourne Line who punched and kicked him.
Two other males also became involved in the incident, which left the man with injuries to his hands and face.
The attacked happened at around 8am on Wednesday, January 23 and police are seeking witnesses.
A Gloucestershire police spokesman said: “The teenager who first approached the victim is described as a white boy, believed to be aged between 17 and 18-years-old, 5ft 6/8ins tall and of a slim build.
“At the time of the incident he was wearing a grey top and grey tracksuit bottoms.
“Another boy is described as being around 5ft 2ins tall, of a medium build and aged around 16-years-old. He was wearing a white cap, a grey hooded top and tracksuit bottoms.
“The third male is described as being around 6ft tall. “
