Recipe for success as Tom takes home prize
TOM Parry, Jockey Club Catering’s regional executive head chef for Cheltenham Racecourse, last week scooped the coveted Cost Sector Catering Event Award for the innovative hospitality concept ‘Theatre @ The Festival’.
The Pan Asian hospitality experience was noted for its innovation and excellent culinary offering, as it features an exclusive menu delivering a fusion of flavours from across Asia but delivered via the farms of The Cotswolds.
On accepting the award Mr Parry said: “It’s an honour to receive such a prestigious award from industry peers.
“Along with my team I spent over a year developing this concept and we are thoroughly proud of the hospitality offering which we believe offers an unparalleled culinary experience at any sporting event.”
