Wilander set to visit Ross
» SEVEN-TIME Grand Slam winner Mats Wilander is visiting the inaugural Ross Tennis Festival on Sunday, July 7.
Wilander the former world number one will coach a group of up and coming children, as well as a group of adults.
The club are holding a ballot to win one of the eight adult coaching spaces at the 90-minute session.
Ross Tennis Centre is holding an open evening on Friday, June 14 from 6.30-8.30pm for adults to turn up and play with no cost.
All abilities are welcome to try the centre’s new courts and the draw for the eight Mats Wilander coaching spots will take place at the Prince of Wales at 9pm.
There will be other activities, such a strawberries and cream stall, and try-out-tennis for kids.
