Peek into the future of retail

Gloucestershire Echo - - YOUR MONEY -

A GLIMPSE into the future of retail was given to Gloucestershire business leaders by the man in charge of one of the county’s top shops.

John Lewis & Partners, in Cheltenham High Street, was the venue for the latest instalment of Get Connected, a networking event organised by Circle2success.

The invitation-only event saw Martin Bundy, John Lewis’s branch manager, give his – and the company’s – thoughts on how traditional high street names can evolve to survive in an ever-changing marketplace.

Making their shop an ‘experience’ was the key, he said.
