Com­mer­cial sees 20% growth at In­te­ri­ors

THE In­te­ri­ors di­vi­sion of Com­mer­cial is ex­pand­ing with year-on-year growth that is buck­ing the in­dus­try trend.

Si­mone Hind­march, co-founder and MD of Com­mer­cial, said the growth was due to the “pas­sion and mo­ti­va­tion of the team, which leads to ex­cel­lent re­la­tion­ships with our clients”.

She added: “While In­te­ri­ors has been an in­te­gral part of the busi­ness for 25 years, we felt our clients were cry­ing out for a new, for­ward-thinking, in­te­ri­ors part­ner who could cre­ate in­spi­ra­tional work­ing en­vi­ron­ments that chal­lenged con­ven­tion.

“So seven years ago we launched Com­mer­cial In­te­ri­ors as a stand-alone di­vi­sion spe­cial­is­ing in space util­i­sa­tion, de­sign, fit-out and fur­ni­ture, and we haven’t looked back.”

Com­mer­cial In­te­ri­ors recorded yearon-year growth of over 20 per cent be­tween 2016 and 2018, while the mar­ket grew by four per cent over the same pe­riod.

Si­mone said part­ner­ships with more than 50 UK and global busi­nesses meant the com­pany had the flex­i­bil­ity to de­liver in­spi­ra­tional of­fice en­vi­ron­ments, what­ever the client’s bud­get.

She added: “I’m hugely proud of our growth.”
