TOUGH MUDDER (VAR­I­OUS UK LO­CA­TIONS:

THE Tough Mudder, is a fa­mously cruel 12-mile as­sault course that in­volves tramp­ing through ice baths, elec­tric shocks and other grisly feats.

This year there are new Sas-style ob­sta­cles de­signed to push you to your lim­its. .

COAST TO COAST, SCOTLAND

RUN, bike and kayak 105 miles from Nairn to the Isles of Glen­coe tak­ing in sights like Fort Wil­liam (the gate­way to Ben Ne­vis), 15th cen­tury Caw­dor Cas­tle and Loch Ness, while bat­tling with the un­for­giv­ing ter­rain.
