CHIPPING Campden has made a bold move into the world of digital marketing to help preserve its shops and businesses.

The town’s Business Forum launched its association with the Maybe* social media platform at a Business West networking breakfast in the town at the Cotswold House Hotel.

Maybe* commercial director Nigel Jobson told the forum how more customers could be attracted to Chipping Campden and small market towns like it.

He said: “We are delighted to be working with Chipping Campden’s Business Forum to enable their businesses to listen, understand, engage and grow with their social media audience.

“The initial feedback following the Business West breakfast has been very positive and we are looking forward to sharing the results over the next few weeks”.

And Michael Allchin, the town’s mayor and Business Forum member, added: “This is the first time Maybe* has launched its platform for a small market town and I am encouraging all our members to sign up, get involved and grow their business”.
