Fes­ti­val ex­pands to third day with range of mu­sic and ac­tiv­i­ties

» SUM­MER Jam is back with a bang at The Brew­ery Quar­ter, Chel­tenham.

The fes­ti­val has been ex­tended from two to three days and will run from Friday, Au­gust 2 un­til Sunday, Au­gust 4.

Now in its fourth year, the event will host three bril­liant days of live mu­sic and danc­ing, food and drink as well as fun for all ages.

Mar­ket­ing man­ager for The Brew­ery Quar­ter Demelsa Cole­man said: “Sum­mer Jam is with­out doubt one of our favourite events, we love it so much that this year we’re get­ting the party started a whole day ear­lier.

“We are kick­ing off on Friday at 5pm with a heady mix of jazz, funk and hip hop on our main stage with sup­port­ing acts in The Botanist, Brew­house and Kitchen, Cosy Club and Ba­bel over the week­end.

“Last year we wel­comed more than 30,000 peo­ple, so with an ex­tra day this year we’re hop­ing to share the fun with a lot more.

“We can’t wait to soak up the sum­mer vibes and en­joy a fan­tas­tic week­end.”

The Sum­mer Jam Fes­ti­val starts at 5pm on Friday, Au­gust 2 and fin­ishes at 9.30pm.

Saturday, Au­gust 3 is a feast for the ears with an abun­dance of acts from 1pm to 9.30pm.

Sunday, Au­gust 4 takes Su­per Sunday to the next level as the party con­tin­ues from 1pm to 7.30pm

The Arts & Crafts Mar­ket will be packed with great gifts rang­ing from hand­made jew­ellery and soaps to henna tat­too art and wooden gar­den or­na­ments from traders from across the county and will run all day Friday through to Sunday. For more visit
