Employers set fair to offering more advice
» FOLLOWING the success of a similar event in January, Cheltenham Library is hosting The Job Fair next month.
More than 700 jobseekers met directly with recruiters at the first fair and the event on Wednesday, September 4 from 11am-2pm is expected to be more popular.
Businesses from a range of industries will attend including House of Fraser, John Lewis & Partners, The Regent Arcade, and Primark, as well as Cheltenham’s Lucky Onion Group, which runs No 131 and The Tavern.
Glos Jobs will also be offering a free employability workshop for all, including advice on how to write a good CV and Interview tips at noon.
The Mayor of Cheltenham Councillor Roger Wyborn will formally open the event.
