French test under the lights to start campaign
» THE first game of the 2019-20 Heineken Champions Cup will take place under the Friday night lights at Kingsholm with Gloucester facing French champions Toulouse.
Glouceste will play in the competition’s curtain raiser with a mouth-watering opener on Friday, November 15.
The draw was made back in June with the Cherry and Whites placed in the Pool Five with Toulouse, Connacht and Montpellier.
But it has now been revealed when each of those games will take place so fans can start making their travel plans and marking days in the diary.

Gloucester’s home game against Montpellier is on Saturday, January 11, 2020, and they complete their pool fixtures with an away game against Toulouse on Sunday, January 19.
