THIS weekend saw labradors and retrievers take over the county with their proud owners as they embarked on “The Grand Labrador and Retriever Romp for Guide Dogs.”

Gaggles of the adorable pooches met at Cirencester Park for around 11.15am on Sunday, September 15, and the pictures are adorable.

The walk was organised by Lord and Lady Bathurst and a post on the organisers’ Facebook page following the event read: “What a day yesterday!

“So many dogs romped the Labrador/retriever walk. Lots of fun was had by all.

“We at Beano thoroughly enjoyed seeing you all.

“It was a HUGE success and we thank each and every one of you for making it so.”
