Changes announced to non-league set-ups

CINDERFORD Town, Cirenceste­r Town, Evesham United and Slimbridge will face two new opponents in next season’s 19-team Southern League Division One South.

Lymington Town have been promoted from the Wessex League Premier Division, and Plymouth Parkway have come up from the Western League, while Moneyfield­s have moved to the Wessex League. Division One South: AFC Totton, Barnstaple Town, Bideford, Bristol Manor Farm, Cinderford Town, Cirenceste­r Town, Evesham United, Frome Town, Highworth Town, Larkhall Athletic, Lymington Town, Mangotsfie­ld United, Melksham Town, Paulton Rovers, Plymouth Parkway, Sholing, Slimbridge, Willand Rovers, Winchester City There have been a number of changes in the Hellenic League, with clubs from the Berkshire area being moved and teams from the Western League being moved over.

In the Premier Division, Binfield have been promoted to the Isthmian League, while Burnham, Reading City, Virginia Water and Windsor join the Combined Counties League Premier Division North.

Flackwell Heath and Holmer Green have moved to the South Midlands League Premier Division.

Bradford Town, Chipping Sodbury, Cribbs, Hallen, Roman Glass St George and Westbury United have all been transferre­d across into the 22-team division.

Hereford Lads Club, Thornbury Town and Malvern Town have been promoted from Hellenic Division One West, while Calne Town and Corsham Town have been moved up from the Western League Division One.

There will no longer be a Hellenic League Division One East and West, with former One East sides Abingdon Town, Abingdon United, Milton United and Wallingfor­d Town joining the West sides in a 20-team division.

A number of the former One East sides have joined the Combined Counties League Division One and others now will play in the South Midlands League’s Division One.

There are also four sides moved across into the Hellenic League, three of them – Littleton, Pershore Town and Worcester Raiders – coming from the West Midlands League and Studley from the Midland League.

One side, FC Stratford, are promoted from Midland League Division Two, while Tytheringt­on Rocks have joined the Western League Division One.

At County League level, AEK Boco have been promoted to the Western League Division One.
