A poem in tribute to Queen Elizabeth II

IN turbulent times, in times such as these,

We pray for our Queen, and fall to our knees,

A beacon has gone, direction we’ve lost,

As current waves rise, what could it all cost? Devoted her time, attached to us all, She bound us as one, United her call, And now joins her Prince, her anchor and chain,

So now rest in peace, lay proud with your name.
