» As part of Community outreach, All Saints Church is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays 2pm -7pm and Saturdays from 10am -7pm. All welcome to come into one of Cheltenham’s most beautiful Churches for private prayer or just to sit for a moment of quiet.

» The following Organ recital will take place in All Saints Church on the following date, at 7.30pm. October 22, Organist Dr Peter King. Entry £10, at the door. All welcome.

» All Saints Flower Guild are hosting Coffee mornings in All Saints Church on the following dates.

Saturday October 1, 10am-noon. This will be a Harvest-themed coffee morning. Apart from the usual refreshmen­ts there will be cakes for sale, plus a small produce stall (donations for both will be very welcome).

For those who would like to, there will be an opportunit­y to help decorate the church with jam-jar flower and foliage arrangemen­ts (no flower arranging experience required).

The next event will be a Christmast­hemed coffee morning Saturday December 10, at 11am. Watch this space for more informatio­n nearer the time.

» All Saints Bookshop Swap. Coming to a church near you, in October. Books needed now, to swap, read, borrow. Drop off at All Saints, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, 2pm - 7pm.

If you feel so inclined, leave a small message in the book you are donating, saying what you thought of the book.

Rendezvous at the Tithe Barn presents, Friday October 7, from 8pm until 11.30pm, Jon Clare and the Fabulous Doughboys playing music from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Fully licensed bar open at 7.45pm, large free car park. Pay on the door £10.

» The Methodist Church in Bishop’s Cleeve has launched a Friendship Club. The club will meet in the Methodist Church, off Tobyfield Road, every Monday 2-4pm.

» Bishop’s Cleeve Players next production is Who Shot the Sheriff, a murder mystery by Chris Martin. The play will be performed in the Tithe Barn, Bishop’s Cleeve on Friday October 14, at 7.30pm and again on Saturday October 15, at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.
