GLOUCESTERHARTPURY’S new-look side got their Allianz Cup campaign off to a flying start with a seven-try, 43-7 win against Harlequins.

Kathryn Buggy crashed over after two minutes and the Cherry and Whites extended their lead with a penalty try.

Ellie Underwood and Sophie Bridge crossed before half-time, with the hosts’ try coming from Davinia Catlin.

Sophie Tandy scored try number five shortly after the restart, and a late brace from Underwood and Mia Venner put the seal on a hugely impressive first outing.
