Jewellery worth £10,000 stolen in house raid
AROUND £10,000 worth of Asian gold jewellery was stolen from a Cheltenham house last week.
Raiders forced their way into the property on Redthorne Way, Up Hatherley, before searching the house and leaving with the jewellery.
Gloucestershire Constabulary say the burglary happened at some point between 5pm and 7pm on Tuesday, October 25. They are now appealing for information from the public.
The police said in a statement: “The stolen jewellery includes a matching gold necklace, bangles, ring and earrings set presented in a red case.”
They are appealing for anyone who saw anything suspicious, or who has been offered the items, to contact them by calling 101 and quoting the incident number 396 of October 25.
