Man exposes himself to teenagers in street

TWO teenagers reported seeing a man exposing himself in Cirencester.

The incident took place in the Cricklade Road area at around 11am on Sunday. The teenagers had been walking in the direction of Mcdonald’s at Kingsmeadow Services when a man passed them going in the other direction. He was walking slowly and swaying from side to side.

He passed them in the direction of the South Cerney junction without speaking to them, but when the teenagers turned to look behind them he had his trousers and underwear around his ankles and was touching himself.

The man was black and bald and was wearing a coat.

The teenagers were left “shaken up” by the incident.
