TP COLLECTION PUTTERS

Six new shapes utilise Pure Roll inserts and soft bodies AIMED AT Players looking for a soft feel and classic look HOW MUCH £199-£219 KEY TECH

TaylorMade has announced the forthcoming release of a new TP Collection, with six models that each feature a new Pure Roll insert.

Each putter will employ the insert, which is made from a soft polymer and has 45° grooves that aid a soft feel and smoother forward roll.

Each has also been named after a famous golf area, course or landmark.

The Juno and Soto are classic blades with heel-toe weighting. The Juno features squared-off contours, while the Soto retains rounded edges.

The Mullen and Berwick, meanwhile, are mallets – the Mullen more compact with two sightlines and the Berwick larger with a thicker topline and a single sightline.

Finally, the Ardmore and Chaska are mid-size mallets – the Ardmore weighing 355g for maximum stability and the Chaska revisiting the Corza Ghost model with its circular alignment aid and three sightlines.

Four will be available in March 2017, with the Ardmore and Chaska following in April. They will come with a stock Lamkin Sink Rubber grip (£199) or an optional upgraded SuperStroke 1.0 GT Pistol grip (£219).
