BALL FLIGHT OVERALL APPEAL
It has a fuller, more rounded profile and a more traditional look overall, with no alignment mark on the crown. The white grooves extend a little further across the face, assisting with aim.
The TSI2 definitely felt hotter overall off the face, with a slightly higherpitched, more metallic sound versus the Cobra. It also felt more consistent on off-centre hits, too.
Even in one-degree-lower static loft, the TSI2 flighted the ball noticeably higher than the Radspeed. One thing is for sure, the TSI2 won’t struggle to stop the ball when hitting into greens.
It perhaps didn’t perform as well out of the rough as the Radspeed, but the adjustable hosel means you can tune it differently to suit certain conditions or shots you want to play.
You’ll struggle to find a more forgiving and consistent hybrid this year. The easy launch will appeal to inconsistent strikers and low-speed players, but it can be used successfully by all levels.
