How can I improve my pitching into the wind?

- By Top 25 Coach Clive Tucker

Don’t overcomplicate things with grip positions and different swing speeds – stick to a proven swing that works for you and change clubs accordingly. We carry many different clubs! If it’s a oneclub wind, take a 9-iron instead of your pitching wedge and just make the same swing. If you take the wedge and hit it harder, you’ll put more spin on the ball, it will fly higher and you’ll lose control – the complete opposite of what you’re trying to achieve.
