OUTSIDE INFLUENCE ESSENTIALS

If an outside influence moves a player’s ball, there is no penalty and the ball must be replaced on its original spot. If this spot is not known, the player must estimate it. This is only available when the player knows or has virtual certainty of what happened to their ball.
