I’m a senior. How do I get more distance?

You can start off by gripping the club a little looser – say 4/10 pressure wise. Less grip pressure allows the wrists to hinge a bit more. More wrist hinge promotes more release and adds to clubhead speed. Also, lifting the lead heel makes it easier to get weight on to the trail foot, which in turn makes it more likely to generate extra speed as the weight moves forward. Again, this should increase club speed and add a few extra yards.
