I need a drill to stop my slice

- By Top 50 Coach Ged Walters

There are a number of reasons why you might slice the ball, but one of the most common faults I see is a swing that goes out and across, delivering a glancing blow to the ball. This ‘flamingo drill’ will help the arms and torso stay connected and keep your club path neutral, as it gets you to rotate more. Get your lead foot in line with the ball, with your trail foot pulled back and onto its tiptoes so all the pressure is on your lead side.
