Leeds and York both have much to entertain and occupy you away from the course. Kirkgate Market in Leeds is one of Europe’s biggest indoor markets and is awash with stalls, shops and an eclectic mix of eateries. In York, the Shambles is one of Europe’s oldest medieval streets, with The Shambles Kitchen and Los Moros among the best spots to eat.
