Motocaddy S5 GPS £999.99 - £1,099.99
After the success of the updated S1 model that launched in 2022, Motocaddy has taken its ‘S’ series of electric trolleys one step further by embedding its GPS system into the handle. The S5 GPS shares a lot of the same DNA that made the S1 such a hit last year. This includes the brand’s one-step folding system and the ‘Click-‘n’-connect’ battery. The battery in the S5 GPS is cable-free and allows you to charge it without ever having to remove it from the chassis. When the trolley is folded down, it disconnects the battery automatically and reveals a quick-access port where you can start the on-board charging.
The S5 GPS also features Motocaddy’s GPS system in the heart of the handle. The fully integrated GPS is accessed through a 3.5” LCD touchscreen, which features as standard Dynamic Green View, the ability to drag and drop the pin position and accurate yardages to the front, middle and back of the green. As well as this technology, the S5 GPS boasts nine speed settings with speed indicator, Adjustable Distance Control and the brand’s Easilock bag-totrolley connection system.
Those who purchase the S5 GPS will also qualify for a free six-month trial of the Motocaddy Performance
Plan. This unlocks a raft of gamemanagement features within the GPS, such as full-hole mapping, advanced statistic tracking and performance analysis through the free Motocaddy GPS app. After the six-month free trial, there is no obligation to carry on with the plan, but those who do wish to continue will be able to subscribe for £49.99 per year. Available with a standard lithium battery (£999.99), there are also options to upgrade to an extended lithium battery (£1,049.99), a Down Hill Control model (£1,049.99) or a Down Hill Control model with an extended lithium battery (£1,099.99).
