Built from the ground up, the Vertx Remote brings a world first to the category in the form of Active Terrain Control (ATC). This new operating system is designed to allow the trolley to tackle any terrain or gradient on the golf course, while you control it from a distance with the Bluetooth remote. Using ATC, the Vertx can react to its surroundings and redistribute power accordingly between its twin motors to efficiently navigate the terrain. ATC is powered by an AP1 Cortex microchip that constantly monitors each motor’s power requirements, so it can keep the trolley stable by redistributing it where necessary.
It will even adjust to golf bags of different weights, allowing smoother responses for those who use a lighter bag. Unlike standard downhill braking, ATC allows the Vertx to automatically keep travelling at the same speed uphill or downhill, without you having to press a button.
The Vertx also sees the debut of Stewart’s second-generation Smartpower lithium battery, which now comes in 27-hole or 45-hole capacity options. You will again enjoy the capability to monitor usage and capacity in real time using the free Stewart Golf smartphone app.

The Vertx also boasts the compact-folding system we saw in the Q Series, which includes a built-in handle for easy transportation. Updated 5S wheels provide increased traction for improved handling, while also giving the Vertx a very smart new look.
