Leading coach David Leadbetter has recently opened a new academy at the Evian Resort.

David Leadbetter has enjoyed a longstanding relationship with the Evian Resort. In addition to working with many leading LPGA Tour players, Leadbetter guided Suzann Pettersen and Lydia Ko to their victories at the highly prestigious Evian Championship – one of the five majors in the women’s game.

Now with the launch of The Leadbetter Academy at Evian Resort’s beautiful training course, players of all abilities – from beginners to aspiring professionals – will be able to benefit from the world’s most famous coach’s key teaching philosophies. The new facility offers covered and outdoor bays and the very latest game-improvement technologies, including Trackman, Boditrak, SAM PuttLab, MySwing, and a WellPutt indoor putting green. The new academy is managed by the resort’s head professional, Jean-Philippe Serres, who has spent 12 years learning David’s teaching principles.

At this year’s Evian Championship in September, David Leadbetter will open a luxury suite bearing his name at the Hôtel Royal. Guests will find some of his personal items, as well as tailored tips and services, including golf lessons available at the hotel itself.
