I saw that Justin started do­ing ice baths so I asked him about it. I do it when I’m in a hot coun­try or my legs feel tired. I have a cold bath for 10-15 min­utes then do some stretch­ing and my legs feel so much more re­freshed when I wake up the next morn­ing. I played well the first week I tried it and it just kept help­ing.
