ONE SENTENCE RECIPE Peanut butter fudge
Best served straight from the freezer. Makes about 48 squares. In a pan, gently melt 150g (5oz) milk chocolate, 50g (2oz) golden syrup, 50g (2oz) unsalted butter; cool for 10min, then stir in 400g (14oz) crunchy peanut butter and 75g (3oz) chocolate chips; spread into a 15 x 20.5cm (6 x 8in) lined tin and freeze until solid.
