So don’t miss the chance to get out old photographs or videos, listen to old songs or simply share a memory, says psychologist Dr Erica Hepper from the University of Surrey: ‘Sharing a nostalgic conversation with a friend, family member or romantic partner makes you more supportive and considerate, and less argumentative.’
