Where do you start when you want to send flowers to a loved one? With the growth of online florists, there is an abundance of choice. But who offers a beautiful selection? The best customer service? The most reliable delivery?

The experts at the GHI ordered standard white bouquets, ranging from £25 to £35, from 10 online companies and sent them to 30 lucky recipients across the UK. They were looking at ease of ordering online and over the telephone, assessing the delivery service as well as the quality of the bouquet on arrival. Most importantly, they were looking for flowers with the wow factor – the blooms we’d all like to receive.
