COOK, STYLIST & AUTHOR ‘As a cook, my kitchen is the room where I spend most of my time. It’s where I work, but also where I host and cook for friends, so it has to be comfortable, practical and inspiring. The space is home to coffee-making equipment, music, roasting and baking trays, as well as cookbooks, ingredients and my laptop. Maybe this is why the Scandi approach appeals to me – things look effortlessly stylish, but have a purpose and look as if they’re supposed to be there.

I love these colourful coffee percolators, for example, and the grey ceramic mugs keep me stylishly caffeinated while I work. I also really like the glass jars and wooden shelving, which help me keep things organised.’
