Luscious Lemon Passion Cups
With minimum effort and no setting time, these decadent puds can be made at the very last minute.

❤ 150g (5oz) condensed milk ❤ 50ml (2fl oz) double cream ❤ Zest and juice 1 large lemon ❤ 1 passion fruit
1 Put the condensed milk, cream and lemon zest and juice into a medium bowl and whisk until
thick and fluffy. Spoon into two small ramekins or teacups and chill until needed – or carry on if you’re serving straightaway.
2 To serve, halve the passion fruit, scoop out the seeds and scatter over the lemon pots.
