Set your alarm 30 min­utes ear­lier. Yes, ear­lier, so you can ex­er­cise, take a longer shower or en­joy a soli­tary cuppa.


Do a wake-up spine twist. Lie on your back, bring your right knee to­wards your chest. Hold­ing it with your left hand, gen­tly cross it over to­wards your left side. Ex­tend your right arm out to the side. Take five breaths. Re­peat on the other side.
