If bak­ing isn’t for you, en­ergy guru Madi­son King (madis­onk­ing.com) rec­om­mends a ‘crown pull’ for clear­ing your thoughts: ✶ Us­ing both hands, spread out fin­gers and place fin­ger­tips on the cen­tre of your fore­head so they’re touch­ing. ✶ Press gently and pull the tips of your fin­gers from the cen­tre of your fore­head out and down to your ears. ✶ Re­peat the stretch from the top and cen­tre of your head down to your neck, stop­ping when you reach your neck­lace line. Smile and take a cou­ple of deep breaths.
