My way to get a good night’s sleep is to add a few drops of lavender oil and magnesium salt into a lovely hot bath. KAREN WILLIAMS

I discovered ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) videos on Youtube a few years ago and watch one on my phone, with headphones, most nights before bed. They’re so soothing! HANNAH CURRINGTON
