Gloriously aromatic (the herbal scent lingers in the bathroom long after your soak), this is also truly therapeutic, helping you relax mentally and physically. It’s especially good before bed – I swear it helps you have a better night’s sleep – and to perk you up when you feel under the weather. The travel trio of bottles is enough for nine blissful baths. Neal’s Yard Remedies Aromatherapy Blend Womens Balance, £15.50

This feelgood blend of patchouli, rose and geranium oils was recommended to me by a fellow beauty editor and after one sniff I was hooked. A couple of drops mixed into almond or coconut oil makes a beautifully scented, moisturising body treat, or I inhale a little dotted on to a tissue when I’m rushing around and need to take a deep breath. Dr Lipp Tint, £6.99

These pretty hint-of-atint balms are great for everyday moisture and shine. Amazingly, each has a total of just four ingredients, one of which is the vegetable pigment they get their natural-looking colour from. Think elderberry, sweet potato and red radish tones with a nourishing boost. AF

Simple Kind To Skin Biodegradable Cleansing Wipes, £4.39

With terms like ‘fatberg’ ringing eco alarm bells, I applaud Simple for stepping up with the first massmarket, biodegradable make-up wipes. They’re made from sustainable wood pulp so will home compost in a swift 42 days, but are still powerful enough to take off waterproof mascara without alcohol or harsh cleansing agents. CB
