(Bloomsbury) and planning all the meals I’ll cook for loved ones. Suffused with the warm glow of summer, the Italian-inspired recipes have seasonality and simple flavours at their heart. I also adore the importance Skye places on laying the table and setting the scene to make it feel welcoming and plentiful. She has an enviable relaxed style that I, for one, want to emulate.
