I’ve just started Mrs Death Misses
Death, but I know I’m going to love it because I can’t stop thinking about it. It’s by spoken word poet Salena Godden. Rainbow Milk by Paul Mendez is about a young Black Jehovah’s Witness from the Midlands who becomes a rent boy in London. It’s heartbreaking but so good.
